THE GLOBAL NETWORK OF FRENCH SCHOOLS: AEFE

The French School Jules Verne is part of the global network of the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad). This network currently brings together over 500 French schools in more than 130 countries.

It has a dual mission:

Allow French children to continue their education abroad.

Offer foreign children the opportunity to attend school in French, thus contributing to the influence of the French language and culture abroad.

The same education, in accordance with the curricula developed by the French Ministry of National Education, is provided in the schools of the network regardless of their status.

As a school under agreement with the AEFE, we benefit from its support on several levels. Its diversified in-service training program allows staff to learn new pedagogical practices in order to improve the quality of teaching and contribute to the success of all.

This access to French schools around the world allows families, whether they are native French speakers or not, to plan a short or long-term stay in another country.

At the French School Jules Verne, many expatriate families have chosen to enroll their child(ren) to school within this network in order to ensure the continuity of their schooling from kindergarten to high school, wherever they are around the world.
