Autumn trip

CE1, CE2, CM1 and CM2 discovered the herring market and other seasonal products for their first trip of the year.

This market is 250 years old and belongs to the Finnish tradition.

Pupils also saw other local natural food like berries, mushrooms, archipelago bread, fish.

We bought some products in order to taste them in the classroom!

On the way back to school, we saw the Winter War monument, a 10 m tall steel statue, at the Kasarmitori market.
